Booking & Payments
Deposit: A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the tour start date.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to government tax increases or fuel surcharges, though we will honor the price at the time of booking whenever possible.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations by Client: * 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus administrative fees).

14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Less than 14 days: No refund.

Cancellations by Gogul Travels: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Liability
Gogul Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and activity organizers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property unless caused by our direct negligence.
