- The Rapids: Experience the "Killer Fall," "Virgin’s Breast," and "Butter Crunch." Don't worry—expert guides and safety gear (life jackets and helmets) are provided.
- Flat Water Rafting: Available for those who prefer a gentler experience or for families with children.
- 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Canyoning & Confidence JumpsVenture into the Kataran-Oya (a tributary stream) for natural water sports.
- Sliding: Slide down natural rock faces into crystal-clear pools.
- Confidence Jump: Leap from a 5-meter rock ledge into a deep natural pool (entirely optional but highly recommended!).
Lunch: Riverside Feast
- 01:30 PM – 02:30 PM: Enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan Rice & Curry lunch at an adventure camp or a riverside eco-lodge. The sound of the rushing river provides the perfect background music.
Afternoon: Nature & Prehistory
- 03:00 PM – 04:30 PM: Belilena Prehistoric Cave TrekTake a short drive and a light trek through rubber plantations to reach one of Sri Lanka’s most significant archaeological sites.
- The History: This cave held the remains of the "Balangoda Man" (Homo sapiens balangodensis), dating back over 16,000 years.
- The Waterfall: A beautiful waterfall veils the mouth of the cave, creating a misty, prehistoric atmosphere.
- 04:30 PM: River BathingBefore heading home, enjoy a relaxing dip in a shallow, safe part of the Kelani River to wash off the day's sweat and adrenaline.
